Are you missing letters?
Imagine if you were trying to communicate something important to a loved one or a message that would save a life and you realized your were missing some letters.
Would the message come across right?
The way our cells communicate and repair is dependent on the messages sent and received. Without the right communication, cells and then systems begin to break down.
So are you using all the keys? Do you have them all? Are you sending the right messages?
What we think, eat, breath, and absorb through the skin creates this communication.
When we sleep and exercise we create messages.
So if you are not getting the results you want in you physical and/or your mental health try changing the messages you are sending.

Well this lockdown is kind of a joke, a lot of things are staying open even when social distancing isn't possible... And a lot of people aren't taking it seriouslyAnd to answer your latest post on 3 things I think about when I think about you:
- Strong/fighter: when you want something you'll do whatever it takes to make it happen, no matter how hard it is, or if it is "against the odds"
- Caring: ok I know americans are a lot more welcoming than french people in general, but honestly I've never felt more welcomed anywhere in my life before, and everytime we talked or I saw you talk to anyone, you give them your full attention and you genuinely care about what they are saying
