Good Morning!! We grind the wheat and make whole wheat bread!
and this is a special recipe from my grandmother, Grandma Burgoyne. We love introducing something special to the bakery. And healthy - no sugars, no oil!! We use honey
and homemade applesauce in place of oil.

“Percy Jackson, The Lightening Thief”. Two nights of pure fun at NPC!!
They all did a tremendous job!! That’s a hard play!

We came home and watched the movie together as a family. It was fun to see the comparisons.
Probably the best Charlotte has ever stayed on beat with the dance moves. She was just so excited that she didn’t fall during the performance and made the up and down moves quickly. She even got off the ground with one of her jump moves tonight. That’s been years of practicing in physical therapy.
Grateful for Sandy Ballard, such an awesome director. I love how she adapts and sees such good in all the kids and their talents and abilities. Thank you

Here are more moments from Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief that had us cheering, laughing, and maybe tearing up a little. Stories like this remind us that our differences are often our greatest strengths.

Happy 32nd Birthday to our son, Jonny Boy!
Incredible young man, breaking through hard things. So proud of him. Got to spend a couple days with him celebrating him.
December 9th will always be one of our greatest blessings.

What an incredible weekend in Peoria with Unified Special Olympics State softball! Where everyone plays!!
So much energy, so much fun, and so much HEART.
We won some, tied some, and celebrated every moment of teamwork on and off the field.
Huge shout-out to our amazing athletes for their determination, sportsmanship, and teamwork — you inspire us every time you play.
And Caroline”s sliding rashes, she was so into the game!
And a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our chaperones, assistant coaches and volunteers who showed up, cheered loud, supported fully, and made this weekend possible. We couldn’t do it without you.
This is inclusion in action.

Winter Formal was a blast!

Brock Brimhall and Caroline Merrill—along with Cambry and Danny—had such a great time making memories together.
My favorite moment will always be Brock answering Caroline on the pitching plate at their Unified Softball State Games.

Oh, and the best part
they won and tied up their softball games.

Singing is Harrison’s favorite
He doesn’t stutter or have blocks when he sings!!
We love the choir and Mrs. Shumway! She makes Harrison and all the kids feel important and teaches them to sing beautifully. Thank you

Wow!!
What a fun busy week of celebrating Christmas, and our Savior, with friends and family.
Lots of hard things happening, but with our Savior, friends and family. We are so blessed and lifted up, especially through the holidays.

So much love and gratitude for you all. Merry Christmas

With love from Charlotte and her family.
We love you
please feel our love especially through this Christmas season.
This week on So Let’s Be Friends, we’re sharing something truly special — a short but powerful example of inclusion in action.
People of different abilities from around the world come together to read “’Twas the Night Before Christmas” in a collaborative project created by ABLE Radio. Charlotte and her mom were honored to be a small part of this beautiful reminder that every voice belongs.
Special Thanks to Able Radio
Merry Christmas Eve
Joy to the world

So much to be grateful for
