I was on a conference call this morning and we were discussing growth. My children always are telling me we can do hard things. I hear it and believe it, but this morning I started to really understand. I know we all go through hard things…. But the discussion was, “what hard things are we going to choose?” Life is not easy… lots of amazing moments and some really tough days. But what “hard” are you going to choose? ….having children is hard, but not being able to have children is hard. Being married is hard, but so is being single. Working full time is hard, but so is not having a job. Walking with crutches is hard, but so is sitting in a wheelchair. Activating their bodies to work at their best! Her motto is Everyone Happier and Healthier!
Anna graduated from ASU, in Education and Art, has attended several community colleges and BYU, continuing education. She runs the Exploring Art program in her community, is a published illustrator, and continues to teach in the school district.
Anna and her husband, Loren Merrill, coach the NPC college basketball team and run Special Olympics Unified in the White Mountains. They love their 6 children, three of which have cerebral palsy. As a family they actively promote health and inclusion!

We had such a great night together, kicking off our end of the year Banquet, celebrating our athletes and partners. So proud of everyone of them! Grateful for their parents, grandparents, family and friends who help to make this happen!!! Couldn't do it with everyone of you!
