What a wonderful experience for our family, just got home today and got to sleep in our own beds and under our own roof. So much to be grateful for…
We were so blessed to get to be apart of this cause, Building homes in Mexico 
Three families now have safe homes, full of amenities and food for the NEW YEAR!
I’m thinking about these families today as it’s cold and rainy in Rocky Point, lots if flooding and it’s comforting to know they have a warm safe home with a roof over their heads.

I am standing in the DMV with my daughter on a drivers test and the principal just called me that Harrison fell on his face on the playground and needs stitches. And glasses broken. The moment you feel helpless when you don’t have a car and you can’t get your daughter back.

Holy heck! She’s had a permit since last summer. what do you mean? The lady responded, no, she’s only had an ID . I responded to her my daughter drove all the way to Oregon and back on only an ID? When we came in last summer she took the test three times to get her permit and passed we paid for a permit and the person behind the desk clicked the wrong button and gave her an ID instead of a permit. She said I should’ve known what it looked like. But I responded we don’t know what a permit looks like so we thought she had a permit for six months and she’s driven everywhere. Who is responsible if she was in an accident on ID alone? Paper trail and test show that she was approved to get a permit. It was a mistake of the secretary. With all my persistency I called the DMV of Arizona and worked to get things situated, at first people just blew me off. But I stood my ground and advocated lovingly for my daughter. Within a couple days, they finally had us back in to have her get her correct drivers license with apologies. So lesson learned, patience, advocacy and problem solve till you get it taken care of. But also when you can’t fill out your own paperwork because of Covid and they get to control the computer and push the buttons… make sure they push the correct button for a permit rather than just an ID.

And we were glad we ended up taking him in, a good friend helped me butterfly Band-Aid it and cleaned it up, but we decided it was important to get him in, when the doctor called and said bring him down but avoid the ER. Because Harrison hung out and rested for a while in the nurses office since we were held up at the DMV, it sealed up a bit, but when they cleaned it up and took a look at it closer, it was very deep and even had to check the muscles. (you don’t want to see those pictures) All is good after a few stitches, some ice cream and rest. Thank you Dr. Newell, Amy and others that were quick and willing to help. (standing in the DMV without my daughter without keys without a car felt a bit helpless. -timing!) but she got her drivers license! and we wonder why little boys get stitches and concussions!! I love that he gets away from me now. My heart is leaping for joy that I have such a creative active little boy that has a neurodegenerative disease with CP and Ataxia and he’s dragging chairs off the porch, getting big sticks and trying to get his drone out of a tree. Then he was excited that his mom was able to help 
But, he problem solved and figured it out 
He wasn’t quite tall enough

We prayed for miracles as, Cheryl, our physical therapist of 15 years, was part of so many miracles for so many children….
I loved what my sister said, “I know I told you there are miracles… the miracle was that she got to return to Christ before we all did…..” 
she taught us so many things and she would love for us to share with others her love for inclusion, loving, supporting and helping others be active and as Caroline says upright and not stuck in wheelchairs. #prayers #angelonearth #playunified #sograteful

Dear Friends and Family, Thank you for all your heartfelt prayers for Cheryl Byrd and her family. We will be having a Memorial for her on Saturday, March 12th at 11:00 at the Taylor Stake Center on Willow in Taylor, AZ. Please feel welcome to come celebrate her life with us, as we give gratitude to her for all those she has blessed with her ability to love on those and help with physical challenges. She was an incredible friend and physical therapist in the white mountains. If you would like to help with the memorial, such as food for the luncheon for her family or pictures to add to the slideshow, please reach out to me. We love Miss Little Olivia. I love that Austin and Carla call her Olive. So adorable. We look forward to the day we get to see, cuddle and love on her. We were sad we didn't get to go to the baby shower or get to celebrate her birth. But we soooo delight in the pictures we get from Carla. We pray every day that hearts will be healed. We celebrate her and their darling family. Proud of the wonderful parents they are. ~2 MONTHS OLD~

If you only knew the battle with asthma, allergies, ADHD, SPD, DMDD, Tics, PANDAS , PANS, MCAS, & CVID what the last 5 years has been like for him, this is a miracle to see. Chronically sick, brain and body inflamed, mentally ill with little help with many pharmaceuticals, therapy, tonsillectomy, IVIG, suppliments, & chiropractic. Changed diet, improved home to be allergy friendly, the list goes on. Thru prayer met Anna Pember Merrill that intoduced us to oxidative stress and the role it plays in disease and illness. Met the amazing Dr. Sveta Silverman who has a heart of gold and has helped guide us what to do to lower his oxadative stress
I believe you go thru hard times to evolve into who you are destined to become in the process and for others benefit in the future. Self believe and faith is what helped us to keep going and helped us to never give up.
I am greatful now going thru what we did to have the knowledge, experience, and strength that was gained and to be given the opportunity to give hope to others thru our story.
Off 8 meds, only see 1 doctor instead of 8, stopped IVIG and never thought I'd see the day he no longer need to go to the psychiatrist.
He is so happy now daily, sings, back to playing sports, inquisitive, creative, funny, & affectionate. His smile now radiates pure joy as he feels so good on the inside. No longer has mood swings, anxiety, defiance, hyperactivity, passing out, flushing, nausea, gut pain, depression, insomnia, or OCD.
His story is one of great endurance, love, and hope.

It's amazing what can change in just a year. A year ago there was so much confusion, uncertainty, fear and darkness. We didn't have a clue what the future ahead looked like for Caleb.
I just kept believing that God had a greater plan for us. Our miracle was just 9 nine months away. Sounds crazy, but just 2 weeks before our miracle began, I got a fortune cookie that said, "You will soon witness a miracle." Then that Sunday at church someone gave a talk on miracles. Wow! Just what I needed to hear to keep going!
I believe it was that talk that lead me to 100% turn it over to God that then, led me a week later to meet our earthy angel Anna Pember Merrill
It is amazing what things that may seem impossible are possible, when you have faith, keep enduring, hold on to love, and put 100% trust in Gods timing and his plan.
