I was so sad to miss our Thankful Thursday with my family this week!! We just can’t seem to be together in the same place! 😂 I got home from Phoenix after midnight last night, switched kids and came back to Phoenix children’s for more procedures with Harrison! Love our kids! They keep us hopping! Thankful for my children and that they love to learn and go to school!!🙌🏻💕🎶
Back and forth between two hospitals today for tests and procedures!! What a trooper!! Love how he’s just chilling and acting so tough!! 💪🏻🤗 He does love being able to stay at the Ronald Mcdonald House during these times. They help to make it a tad bit fun during tough times. Thank you!💗 we took a bit of time off this summer from all the surgeries, dr. Appointments and therapies. It was nice, but back to business! So grateful to all the doctors, therapists and Biohacking that keep my kiddos’ little bodies in check! And way to go girls at home that helped pull off Charlotte’s School pictures while I was taking care of this little man!! This is so wild!! I couldn’t believe the day Charlotte went to junior high a couple years ago and got to have grandma as her math teacher....
Now, she’s in high school and she loves it!!! Grandma must have a great influence on her because her favorite subject is math!
We adopted twins!! 💗💙 This was just as a BIG surprise to me as it will be to my husband when he gets home tonight. 😆🐶 He suggested we get a new puppy for our dog, Annatto, to train. Kind of silly, but so much fun!! 🙌🏻Three of my children have a rare disease that causes cerebral palsy. So I’m constantly trying to find ways to teach them to biohack their poor hijacked bodies, like most of us have hijacked bodies! 😬 But trying to explain it to kids, it was fun to have the teacher come out in me! 😜 We ate cells breakfast! We talked about the mitochondria and how it jumpstarts our engines and boosts our immune system. The chromosomes develop our eyes, hair and what we look like. But it is so great to know and understand that we can change ourselves and our DNA and make our bodies work better! 👏🏻👏🏻Only about 4 of our genes are hard coated. The rest can change by what we eat, put into our bodies and how we train our bodies. 🤸♀️🏊♂️🧘♀️🏅So I love that my kids are asking, “is this why we are able to walk and talk better?” 💡It’s fun to see their little minds go to work and to understand with all the cells and thousands of mitochondria we have in our bodies, that we actually have control of them!🔬 🥑🥦🍓

This is a big year for us! 🙌🏻🎶 My children all made some major steps!!! All separate schools!! Charlotte went into the HIGH SCHOOL!!-Freshman!! Kalicia went into the JUNIOR HIGH!!!! Caroline moved up to the 5th grade and Harrison -ALL Day School!! -1st grade!! I sent my baby off!! They all came home with big smiles on their faces!! Thank you teachers for a great first day!!
