From Jerome to Scottsdale... beautiful weather, inspiring people!! Thank you for the uplifting conversations, laughter and cute smiles from these darling boys.
Montezuma Castle National Monument protects a set of well-preserved dwellings located in Camp Verde, Arizona, which were built and used by the Sinagua people, a pre-Columbian culture closely related to the Hohokam and other indigenous peoples of the southwestern United States, between approximately 1100 and 1425 AD.
This stone castle built into a shallow cave on a cliff was once a six-story dwelling with 45 rooms.

Caroline has been diagnosed with Torticollis and we are so grateful to Cheryl Byrd and Linda at CRS that are doing manual agressive physical Therapy to help address this and straighten up her neck to avoid surgery. Plastics at CRS are recommending she has surgery so we are doing all we can to avoid it.

“Be Still and Know”
Meditation Retreat, excited to be with these wonderful women for the next few days, learning and growing together. Love nature... turning off technology... Thank you to our husbands for holding down the fort and loving on the children. I’m excited and nervous, all will be well

Have a beautiful weekend!
Last weekend we had SUCH a beautiful and refreshing meditation retreat in the pines. We unplugged and connected for three days. Miracles happen when you get very still and do your own deep inner work. That’s what we found. We emerged more grounded, more peaceful, and more able to be powerful light anchors in this unstable world.
You beautiful souls. Thank you for showing up with me!
Next retreat is scheduled July 29–Aug 1!

Happy Sibling Day!!
I might be a day late! I’ve been without technology for a few days at a beautiful meditation retreat!! But I just wanted to do a quick shout out to my sisters and my little brother and thank them for being such a great part of my life.

I loved Harrison’s idea!! After workout and some homeschooling, he asked if we could go lay in the grass and feel the warmth of the sun
and he discovered blossoms

This girl came home glowing and so excited that her plan worked!

She has decided she wants to be on student council at the junior high so she can help make things great! She got up early made her lunch so she could attend the meeting (which was not easy-she did let me help) And then she was concerned about how to take notes during the meeting, because she cannot write very well due to having cerebral palsy. She was also concerned that she couldn’t use her phone because it’s not allowed at school. But she planned ahead of time talked to her teachers in the morning and asked if she could have her phone out during the meeting to record the meeting so she could take notes afterwards. She was so concerned that no one would listen and she would get in trouble. But she was thrilled when she got home and said it worked!
She said, “I told them I need to be responsible and record the meeting and take notes but didn’t want to get in trouble” and they were gladly excepting at the junior high to let her modify her needs. My heart soars as I see her already in junior high finding ways to make her body work so she can be successful and be a part of society. Love my sweet Caroline and all she represents!!!
now all she has to do is get 30 signatures from peers.

Yay! Big brother Jonny Boy is home! First time in nine years!
Lots of big hugs! Beautiful Reunion! We don’t get to keep him home longer than a week, like we were hoping and praying, but we get to drive him up to Utah and spend a little more time and have lots of continued visits. These kiddos sure love their big brothers! Only wish Austin were here too!

I was delighted that I got take Harrison and help with the science camp at the school. Can't wait for 3rd grade to be over. I am not a fan of Taylor Elementary. They don't believe in inclusion at that school. It's heartbreaking. But, He has such wonderful friends there. Socially he does amazing! Makes me so happy!

The Expressions... the animation! They were all so adorable!! I tried catching pics of all the kiddos, all the darling little dinosaurs! And Harrison got even a little scarier tonight!! T-REX!!! It was fun to have the kids Physical Therapist come watch the play tonight! He was excited to see the kiddos balancing, dancing and even running without crutches. It took quite a bit of practice. Thank you too some of their sweet friends who helped them get up and down the stairs. (of course that made a momma's heart happy to see such kind friends, so they could fully participate!) #madnesswiththemerrillbudz #everyonehappierandhealthier #canyoncreekperformingarts #dinosaursbeforedark #merrillsworktogetherplaytogetherstaytogether #PlayUnified #goodfriends

APRIL 30
Our kids have been going through lots of genetic and more genome testing still trying to find out what the Neurodegenerative disease is, that is causing them to have Cerebral palsy, ataxia etc.... just got out of more appointments and studies this morning. I love my kids’ mindset and attitude as they go through blood work, clinical studies and more research. The doctors are astounded how their cerebellum is deformed and they’re up walking and talking, but to confuse matters we have been very proactive in keeping them healthy, so keeping their NRF2 and their NRF1 pathways open to the cell and continually upregulating their cells and building more mitochondria. As well as adding NAD to their diet which really ignites the cell and pathways even more. The doctors and researchers said we’re being proactive of being proactive. LOL
They were excited when Caroline had told them that she can’t write well and she has a hard time walking but she ran for student council anyways. My kids understand that their bodies don’t work like everyone else’s, but they’re accepting of it and they’re excited to push on and be proactive and help others to recognize their bodies can work at their best!

I’m just in tears of gratitude this morning for such wonderful children who push forward. Thank you to all those for their continued love and support!
