And he’s so nice! We had to run to a quick meeting and leave the kids finishing up breakfast and he said he would keep an eye on them. My daughter just texted me, Kalicia and Harrison had to go off to the bathroom and he asked if they were trying to escape. I am dying laughing! But mostly in awe how kind he is

Ha ha! We’ve had some trees die in our neighborhood so problem solved I bought a chainsaw!

This team has been practicing swim and bocce since August and we are excited to compete at State in Phoenix this weekend! Harrison will be swimming without his life jacket for the very first time in a relay! Super thrilled! 
And he’s a bit scared! But he can do hard things!

Friendships are important, especially those who help you to believe in yourself
My little guy with a neurodegenerative disease, with Cerebral Palsy, ataxia etc, has spent years wanting to learn how to swim, especially with his friends!!! He did it!!! We all are learning we can overcome and do hard things, especially with great support! We all need a team and friendship, others to lift us up.

We are so excited for Halloween weekend! 
Caroline and Harrison are in Canyon Creek performing arts production! Performing Addams Family! Caroline has a main part and is in Cast 2, she gets to be the grandma! Super proud of her she has worked so hard to memorize her lines! she will be performing Friday and Saturday matinee. And Harrison is an ancestor in the play. So dang cute! A little old man in a white suit

Nice Sunday dinner at its best!! Our son was home for the weekend, setting the table, getting ready to enjoy a nice Family dinner before sending him off…. After 20 years, a shelf in the cupboard decided to give way as I reached for the plates…. a waterfall of dishes and screams just kept coming… the miracles kept happening…. It could have been any one of my children reaching for those same plates… glass splintered everywhere… everyone stayed calm and family dinner turned into all of us pitching in, helping and working together. Wood floors scratched and beaten up, granite countertops chipped and scratched, but … “all those are just things and loved ones are ok.” That’s what’s most important. It was a good reminder for us this afternoon #madnesswiththemerrillbudz #merrillsworktogetherplaytogetherstaytogether #everythingisok #everyonehappierandhealthier #peopleareimportant #thosearejustthings
