It’s been quite an exciting adventure getting to this point. 
Life is a little bit different when you have children with special needs, especially when they turn 18. Lots of decisions like any other child…. but usually guardianship, losing civil rights and other things set in place…. Charlotte, has an opinion she has strength… everyone deserves the rights that our country fought for and I feel so much gratitude towards our heroes. Thank you too, to our doctors and others who also wrote notes and letters on her behalf. Thank you to the judge and our awesome Lawyer! Today Charlotte got to vote
She got to keep her Civil Rights You don’t realize the importance of Civil Rights until they’re taken away from you
If you have children with special needs and or disabilities and need guidance on which lawyers to get, Charlotte didn’t just roll over and take the typical path
she fought for her rights and I’m so proud of her!

Oh what a 24 hours 
The hike was a bit harder than we planned 
Charlotte was saying uplifting quotes the whole way keeping our momentum going. Grateful to the guys the helped me Help Charlotte along the steep slippery cliffs. Beautiful but the crutches weren’t worth much on the exciting trail

Nothing like getting to spend a weekend with your daughter, her doctors and leaders! Wow! The personal growth this weekend was incredible and seeing my daughter do things I didn’t know she could do! She’s an amazing adult and I’m so excited to get to do life with her!
