Made breakfast for Shari Kuster and myself yesterday. Shari is ORGANIZING MY HOME! She is remarkable, and her business is POPPIN’! Ask me about her insane abilities!Sautéed some garlic and red onion, added broccoli and asparagus, then scrambled in five eggs. Topped it with pear balsamic vinegar (thank you, Beth Butler), liquid aminos, avocado, tomatoes, and some of my “Anna Merrill spice.” She makes me the “Everything but the Bagel” spice because I use it IN BULK—and hers is fresher and made with LOVE by HER!I LOVE to cook, and I LOVE to eat well! Boom!!! I think I’ll go back inside the house and make it AGAIN! Just finished my Bikram Yoga and I am starving!

I thought I could unfold and spread out this pond liner all by myself. 
this has been over a year project repairing and saving our pond and leach lines. Finally got to the point that we emptied our pond 
grateful for some fun friends that came and helped us fish over 300 fish out of the pond and dumped them into our pool, drain the pond and then I thought I could take on the task by myself in a day to spread the liner out. I was so grateful for dear friends that showed up to help. Wow!! Took several days to fill the pond, to now put the fish back, not too many survived after they ate each other in the pool. We ended up with only about 50 in the end. The large ones had a lot of little fish to eat.

I got to go through the Temple to get my endowments this weekend. Thanks to all my family and friends that were able to make it. 
Beautiful Sunday evening, Charlotte finally is getting to try out her new electric trike she bought over the weekend. We’ve been doing research over the last few years, trying to find the best way for Charlotte to get around on her own, independently, and at the same time get to build her credit. She got her first loan and her first big exciting purchase. she’s gotten awesome at processing and driving a Polaris Ranger and a golf cart but can’t drive those around town without a drivers license. But, an electric bike she can. 
it’s going to take some practice but soon enough she’ll be getting around town doing her own shopping, taking herself to doctors appointments, friends etc. It’s exciting and sad all at once to see our kids growing up! So proud of the strides she’s making and finding ways around being stuck in a body with cerebral palsy. I love her tenacity and problem solving

RED Caroline got her new forearm crutches today! It’s been since December waiting for them to arrive because they kept getting the color and size wrong. Lol! (we seem to go through this every time.) When the delivery guy dropped them off, he stood there confused and asked why it was so important to have them red. I loved my husband‘s answer. “She’s a teenage girl and she needs to accessorize. It’s part of her outfit every day.” Can’t believe my little kids are all turning into adults. She grew out of the little kid crutches. Grateful our physical therapist was there too, to help advocate for her as well, and make sure the crutches were fitted before we signed off on them.

Spending the week with dad/Grandpa so mom could go have fun up in Utah with friends, take a break and get away for a little bit! I love and helped Grandpa, but..... I didn't slave like Grandma does for him. I am too much about independency after teaching my children with disabilities for so long.
If they can do it, even differently. I let them do it!
We went down for more doctor appointments and got to stay with Grandma and Grandpa Merrill. We went and helped set up their Easter Party. I loved that we got to take memorable pictures with the cut out of our Savior. It looks like what it will be in one on one conversation with Him one day.
We love the updates of our sweet granddaughter, Olivia! She's a cutie

Oh my GOODNESS!! Grand Opening was today It’s so adorably fun!! You have to come check out this new ice cream, ax throwing, playing games venue in Pinetop. 
And the best family owns it such an incredible atmosphere! And they make the best creamiest homemade ice cream, right in the shop, as well as waffle cones made the morning of. (And grandma’s special recipe -fudge) 
It smells heavenly! There’s even the cutest place for the kids to play, the adults can enjoy ice cream and visiting, while the young ones play in their clever quaint little town. “Sweet Slades” -cutest ice cream shop in the white mountains #sweetslades #homemadeicecream #axthrowing #datenight️ #games #fun

Harrison was so excited to go support his track team at the Showlow high school track meet today. He’s on the Jr. High track team. He hasn’t quite qualified for an event yet due to being only in seventh grade and having disabilities, makes it a little tough. But he’s been working hard at practice and talking with his coaches. His goal is to be able to run the mile by next year and qualify! He was so happy to warm up with and support his team Go Lobos!!

We felt so honored sharing and celebrating “He is Risen” with so many friends and family, thank you for coming to support Kalicia in sending her off on her mission to Germany for 18 months. And Harrison moved up in the Priesthood. Such a heartfelt special day celebrating our Savior with so many cherished relationships. We missed those that couldn’t make it. (There is a YouTube link that lasts for a couple days if you would like to hear Kalicia speak) She will be a wonderful missionary, serving our Savior and those over in Germany.

Wow! Incredible, educational, motivational and lots of wonderful memories kind of a weekend. Here are just a few of our favorite moments. (Of course, I love the science and always learning how to help our bodies, as well as others, work at their best!!) Spending time with our doctors, who have become like family. Hanging out with cousins, big brother, and close friends. Listening to amazing uplifting speakers who teach us and lift us up. A favorite was Kellie Gerardi, an American astronaut who is known for a sub-orbital spaceflight with Virgin Galactic as a payload specialist in 2023. She led on the company’s mission operations team. 
Of course Harrison had fun listening to her And Charlotte with our same family motto, “ forward is forward, no matter the pace” beat her dad on the bicycles. He went hard and fast and had to eventually quit. But she kept her slow steady pace and brought it to the top. She won! My kids keep surprising me!
